Delivery Policy

Our delivery service is an important feature of A & K Floral Design. The goal is to provide same day service and delivery within 4 hours of the request to insure our customer receives the freshest product. However, delivery isn’t solely a function of A & K Floral Design as the customer has an important role as well.

Our product can be impacted by the weather and the availability of the receiver. Clear delivery instructions from the sender are very important to the experience. The delivery instructions should include:

• Accurate name of the receiver. Be conscious of the impact of maiden names or nicknames
• Complete delivery address with any special drop off instructions
• Steps the driver should take if the receiver isn’t available with the normal door bell ring or via the phone number provided for the stated delivery.

If the recipient's plans or availability changes, please update us as soon as possible.

Our drivers can make the decision to return the product to the shop if weather or the security of the delivery becomes a concern in order to protect the product. In these situations, drivers will attempt to communicate with the receiver and if that fails they will leave a delivery notification card. The customer then has the option to pick up the product from our shop or have it redelivered for an incremental delivery charge.
