I wanted to order flowers for a friend's birthday and I can say now that A&K was a perfect choice. A day prior to using A&K, I had a negative experience with Bloom Nation and a different florist, so I was extremely relieved that when I called A&K before placing the order, a woman (perhaps the owner) picked up the phone, stated the name of the business, and was happy to confirm that the site was functioning as intended. She even said she was sorry to hear of the unrelated experience! At any rate, I placed my order on the website, and as promised, the flowers were delivered next day.
