Flowers are always stunning. Head and shoulders above others I’ve tried in the area. Prices are reasonable—still with lots of other things becoming pricier. However yesterday I was in a jam - I needed flowers delivered to a school and the recipient was sick and leaving earlier than planned. The delivery person wasn’t on duty until after the birthday girl would have left the school. No matter. The boss/manager/owner got in the car and delivered the flowers herself within about 30 mins max. The head custodian hand delivered the flowers (that never happens) and all was well. THAT is going above and beyond. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years since it was Freytags and I’ll keep coming back bc of the great flowers and really great customer service.
